  • Your interacting with us via an online platform means you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are not in agreement with these Terms, please refrain from interacting with us online in any way, shape, or form. 
  • Upon your interacting with us via an online platform, should you violate these Terms, we reserve the right to, with or without notice, terminate any and all type of further interactions with you, less these surviving Terms and any potential legal proceedings that may result from your willful violation of our Terms. 

 

1.02. Privacy Policy

  • We conduct business and/or business-related activities on the following online platforms: Blogger, Ecwid, Lightspeed, Etsy, PayPal, G-Mail, Pirateship, Instagram, and Linktree. 
  • We do not, personally, collect any data-browsing activity from you while on these third-party sites. However, the online platforms we use to conduct business and/or business-related activities with you collects and shares with us your data-browsing activity while on their sites for analytic purposes of us conducting business. 
  • The online platforms we use to conduct business and/or business-related activities has Privacy Policies of their own regarding how they handle your data-browsing activities, which can be found on the homepage of each platform site.


1.03. Copyright, Trademark, & Intellectual Property on Our Logo

  • While the craftedstudiocute™ logo belongs to craftedstudiocute and its super-talented licensor, Blambot, all written text and digital images we present to you via an online platform are copyright protected as original works of art with the owner of craftedstudiocute as the sole copyright holder. Therefore, you may not copy and/or reproduce any of our written text and/or digital images in any way, shape, or form without the express written consent of craftedstudiocute via craftedstudiocute@gmail.com. 
  • Please respect the copyright laws governed in the United States and/or between international copyright relations of the United States, as willful violators of these copyright laws will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.


1.04. Waiver of Warranties

  • While every effort has been made to present you with reliable information online that is free from errors, imperfections, and inaccuracies, we make no claim that the information we present online will be completely free from errors, imperfections, and/or inaccuracies. Therefore, any information we present to you online is offered on an “as is,” “with all faults,” and “as available” basis. 
  • However, we do reserve the right to, at any time and without notice, make modifications to the information we have presented online to correct any found errors, imperfections, and/or inaccuracies.   • We have established affiliate accounts for service or product recommendations with the following retailers online: Amazon, Ecwid, and Lovecrafts. 
  • All service or product links we provide you with from these retailers are either services or listed products we actually use and love or are listed products we recommend based on what is available online at the time. 
  • All service or product links we provide you with from these retailers will allow us to earn a small referral fee, though at no additional cost to you, if you actually purchase a service plan or listed product through our affiliate links. 
  • All service or product links that are affiliate links on our site are publicly stated as so in in a disclosure just below their affiliate links. 
  • If you do purchase services or products through our affiliate links, we hope you love those services or products as much as we do, and we thank you kindly for helping to support our ever-growing site!


1.07. Indemnification, Governing Law, & Venue

  • You irrevocably agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless craftedstudiocute and its affiliates against 1) any and all liabilities, should anything arise out of or is connected with your interactions or transactions with craftedstudiocute via an online platform and/or 2) any willful breach you may make that violates our Terms of Service. 
  • These Terms shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced solely and exclusively in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA, without giving effect to its conflict of law provisions or your actual state or country of residence. You irrevocably agree that the courts located in Orange County, California, USA, will constitute the sole and exclusive venue for the resolution of any and all disputes arising out of or in connection with our Terms of Service.

  • Any purchase made by you (“your”) from craftedstudiocute (“craftedstudiocute™,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) via an online platform is governed by, but not limited to, the following terms and conditions, including any modifications, as outlined in our Terms of Sale (“Terms”). 
  • Your making purchases from us via an online platform means you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are not in agreement with these Terms, please refrain from making purchases from us in any way, shape, or form. 
  • Upon your making purchases from us via an online platform, should you violate these Terms, we reserve the right to, with or without notice, terminate any and all type of further business with you, less these surviving Terms and any potential legal proceedings that may result from your willful violation of our Terms.


2.02. Privacy Policy

  • We may conduct business and/or business-related activities with you via the following online platforms: Blogger, Ecwid, Lightspeed, Etsy, PayPal, G-Mail, Pirateship, Instagram, and Linktree. 
  • We do not, personally, collect any personal information from you while on these third-party sites. However, the online platforms we use to conduct business and/or business-related activities with you collects and shares with us the personal information you provide them with in order to do business with us. 
  • We will only use your personal information for its intended purpose of conducting business and/or business-related activities between us and you. 
  • We will never share your personal information outside of business and/or business-related activities between us and you unless we are required to do so by law or if we find you to be in violation of our Terms. 
  • We will never sell your personal information in any way, shape, or form. 
  • The online platforms we use to conduct business and/or business-related activities has Privacy Policies of their own regarding how they handle your personal information, which can be found on the homepage of each platform site.


      2.03. Forms of Payment

      • We only accept payment through the following online payment providers: Lightspeed, Etsy, and PayPal. All other forms of payment will not be accepted in any way, shape, or form.


      2.04. Shipping & Delivery of Digital Products

      • Due to the nature of craftedstudiocute™ digital products and their method of delivery online, shipping is free and downloads are available instantly once your payment is confirmed. 
      • Upon confirmation of your payment, Ecwid or Etsy will e-mail you an invoice on our behalf that details your transaction with craftedstudiocute. The invoice will include a link that will connect you to your purchased digital files now available for instant download. For a visual tutorial of this process, refer to Ecwid’s article located here or Etsy's article located here.
      • The contents of each craftedstudiocute™ digital product is uploaded to Ecwid or Etsy as PDF files. Therefore, you will need a PDF viewer to view each of the PDF files included in the craftedstudiocute™ digital product. If you find that your computer is without a PDF viewer, you can download and use Adobe Reader for free here. 
      • For security purposes, each of the PDF files included in the craftedstudiocute™ digital product are password-protected. The password to open each of the PDF files can be found in the included JPG file, which is entitled "READ ME." 
      • If at any time you happen to accidentally delete one of our digital files from your computer, or one of our digital files somehow becomes corrupt by your computer, you can always access and download your original digital file(s) purchased from us on your Orders page via sign-in to your Account.


      2.05. Shipping & Delivery of Physical Products

      • All physical products listed by us on our site are ready-made, which means they are ready-to-prepare-for-shipment. 
      • Depending on the number of orders we have to process at any one time, please allow up to 3 business days for us to ship your order once your payment has been confirmed. 
      • All physical products ship First-Class, with tracking provided, within USA + limited Worldwide via USPS, and we ship packages out Monday thru Friday from Orange County in California. 
      • Providing we listed your delivery address correctly, we are not responsible, nor liable, for your purchase once we have shipped your order with USPS, should your package become lost or damaged during transit to your specified delivery location while in their custody. 
      • Should your package become lost or damaged during transit to your specified delivery location while in the custody of USPS, it is your responsibility to file a reimbursement claim with USPS for your total purchase-loss, which you can begin here. 
      • Providing we listed your delivery address correctly, we are not responsible, nor liable, for your purchase once we have shipped your order with USPS, should your package, for whatever reason, be returned to us during transit while in their custody, rather than be delivered to your specified delivery location. 
      • Should your package, for whatever reason, be returned to us during transit by USPS, rather than be delivered to your specified delivery location, and USPS will not allow us to resend your package under the same pre-paid shipping label, it will be your responsibility to 1) re-purchase the cost of new first-class postage from us via a custom listing on our site and 2) file a refund claim with USPS to try to recover your original shipping-loss, which you can begin here. 

       

      2.06. Return Policy on Digital Products

      • Due to the nature of craftedstudiocute™ digital products and their method of delivery online, all sales are final and nonrefundable once purchased. Therefore, we advise you to please use care when making digital purchases from us. 
      • While every effort has been made to earn your 5-stars, if for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please let us know as soon as possible, via e-mail at craftedstudiocute@gmail.com, so we may further assist. And if we are indeed worthy of your 5-stars, we thank you kindly and hope to do business with you again!


      2.07. Return Policy on Physical Products

      • Due to the handmade nature of our physical products, all sales are final and nonrefundable once shipped, except when stated otherwise elsewhere in this clause. Therefore, we advise you to please use care when making physical purchases from us. 
      • If you happen to make a physical purchase from us, but then, for whatever reason, change your mind, providing we haven't shipped the physical product you'd now like to return, we can cancel your order and offer you a full refund, less any out-of-pocket costs we incurred as a result of your purchase, credited to your original form of payment. 
      • If, by no fault of our own, USPS happens to, for whatever reason, return your package to us during transit, rather than deliver it to your specified delivery location, and you do not wish to re-purchase the cost of new first-class postage that is needed in order for us to resend your returned package, providing the physical products contained within your returned package are in the same, exact condition they were in prior to first being shipped (i.e., sealed and undamaged), we can offer you a full refund on all physical products that can be resold, less any out-of-pocket costs we incurred as a result of your purchase, credited to your original form of payment. 
      • While every effort has been made to earn your 5-stars, if for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please let us know as soon as possible, via e-mail at craftedstudiocute@gmail.com, so we may further assist.       2.08. Waiver of Warranties on Digital Products

      • While every effort has been made to accurately display color in the digital products we present to you online, we make no claim that our digital products, if printed, will look exactly as they are on your screen, as all printers emit color differently. Due to our nonrefundable return policy on digital products, we advise you to please keep this in mind when making purchases from us. 
      • While every effort has been made to present you with digital products that are free from errors, imperfections, and inaccuracies, we make no claim that the digital products we present online will be completely free from errors, imperfections, and/or inaccuracies. Therefore, any craftedstudiocute™ digital product we present to you online is offered on an “as is,” “with all faults,” and “as available” basis. 
      • However, we do reserve the right to, at any time and without notice, make modifications to current versions of our digital products to correct any found errors, imperfections, and/or inaccuracies. Therefore, if you happen to spot any errors, imperfections, or inaccuracies in any of our digital products purchased, please kindly let us know via e-mail at craftedstudiocute@gmail.com. 
      • Upon review of your report, if we find that we are in agreement with your observation and take corrective action, we will offer to e-mail you an updated version of the digital product that's in question, at no charge, providing you can verify your original digital product purchased.


      2.09. Waiver of Warranties on Physical Products

      • While every effort has been made to accurately display color of any physical products we present to you online, we make no claim that our physical products, once received, will look exactly as they are on your screen, as all monitors display color differently. Due to our nonrefundable return policy on physical products, we advise you to please keep this in mind when making purchases from us. 
      • However, if you would like to view additional digital images of a certain physical product of interest (e.g., under different lighting, from a different angle, within a different grouping), you can always send us an e-mail at craftedstudiocute@gmail.com. 
      • While every effort has been made to present you with physical products that are free from imperfections and defects, we make no claim that the physical products we present online will be completely free from imperfections and/or defects due to the handmade nature of these physical items. Therefore, any physical product we present to you online is offered on an “as is,” “with all faults,” and “as available” basis. 
      • However, if by chance, you do happen to find an imperfection or defect on a physical product purchased from us that you are less than satisfied with, please do let us know of your dissatisfaction as soon as possible, via e-mail at craftedstudiocute@gmail.com, so we may further assist.


      2.10. Availability of Digital Products

      • At any given time, craftedstudiocute™ digital products are available for purchase in unlimited quantities exclusively through our own site at craftedstudiocute.com. 
      • While every effort is made to keep our digital inventory in stock at all times, sometimes quantities may temporarily become unavailable due to unpopularity. When and if this occurs, you can always send us an e-mail at craftedstudiocute@gmail.com to let us know which digital product(s) you're interested in seeing restocked.


      2.11. Availability of Physical Products

      • At any given time, we may have occasional physical products available for purchase in limited quantities exclusively through our own site at craftedstudiocute.com. 
      • While every effort may be made to keep some type of physical inventory in stock, sometimes quantities may temporarily become unavailable due to unpopularity. When and if this occurs, you can always send us an e-mail at craftedstudiocute@gmail.com to let us know which physical product(s) you're interested in seeing restocked.

      • Under no circumstances are craftedstudiocute™ digital products and/or digital images, including images created in the likeness of craftedstudiocute™ digital products, allowed to be shared, copied, modified, translated, displayed, gifted, donated, prized, raffled, auctioned, and/or sold by the public in any way, shape, or form, except when stated otherwise elsewhere within these Terms, without the express written consent of craftedstudiocute via craftedstudiocute@gmail.com. 
      • Under no circumstances are craftedstudiocute™ digital products and/or digital images, including images created in the likeness of craftedstudiocute™ digital products, allowed to be used as a personal and/or commercial representation by the public in any way, shape, or form. 
      • Please respect the copyright laws governed in the United States and/or between international copyright relations of the United States, as willful violators of these copyright laws will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

      • While every effort has been made to provide you with digital products of quality, we are not responsible, nor liable, for your use or misuse of craftedstudiocute™ digital products and/or the physical items you use and/or create from craftedstudiocute™ digital products. Therefore, your use or misuse of craftedstudiocute™ digital products and/or the physical items you use and/or create from craftedstudiocute™ digital products means doing so at your own risk and on your own accord. 
      • Supervised play between a physical item used and/or created from a craftedstudiocute™ digital product and young child or pet is always advised and publicly recommended.


      3.04. Waiver of Liability on Physical Products

      • While every effort has been made to provide you with quality packaging of our physical products, we are not responsible, nor liable, for your use or misuse of our product packaging. Therefore, your use or misuse of our product packaging means doing so at your own risk and on your own accord. 
      • While every effort has been made to provide you with physical products of quality, we are not responsible, nor liable, for your use or misuse of our physical products. Therefore, your use or misuse of our physical products means doing so at your own risk and on your own accord. 
      • Supervision between our physical products with young children or pets is always advised and publicly recommended.


      3.05. Acceptable Uses for Our Digital Products (Personal and LIMITED Educational Use ONLY)

      • Only the purchaser of an original craftedstudiocute™ e-craft may access the contents of that particular digital product, either digitally and/or in printed form, in order to create physical items from the e-craft that are for their own personal use (i.e., to keep, to gift, or to sell). 
      • However, the purchaser of an original craftedstudiocute™ e-craft may also access the contents of a particular digital product, either digitally and/or in printed form, while in the physical presence of children who are under their immediate supervision (e.g., at home, at school, or at an event), providing the e-craft is ONLY shown on a single teaching device and is paired with the purchaser’s verbal instruction, in a guided craft, modified for age-appropriate educational use. 
      • All other uses for craftedstudiocute™ e-crafts, including commercial use, is not acceptable, nor permitted, without the express written consent of craftedstudiocute via craftedstudiocute@gmail.com. 
      • Please respect the copyright laws governed in the United States and/or between international copyright relations of the United States, as willful violators of these copyright laws will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.


      3.06. Acceptable Displays of Crediting Our Digital Products

      • You may freely post images of the physical items you created from craftedstudiocute™ digital products in public posts on your social media, as long as your social media is 1) free from any content that is unlawful, misleading, malicious, discriminatory, offensive, or obscene, 2) you only show finished items that are complete, and 3) you properly credit craftedstudiocute with the e-craft design, as indicated within this clause. 
      • If displaying and/or selling physical items you created from a craftedstudiocute™ digital product, in-store or in-person, please properly credit and state on an attached product tag if exact, “Created from a craftedstudiocute e-craft,” or if modified, “Created from a modified craftedstudiocute e-craft.”  
      • If posting and/or selling physical items you created from a craftedstudiocute™ digital product, online, please properly credit and state in the post or listing’s description if exact, “Created from a craftedstudiocute e-craft,” or if modified, “Created from a modified craftedstudiocute e-craft.” 
      • Please respect the copyright laws governed in the United States and/or between international copyright relations of the United States, as willful violators of these copyright laws will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.


      3.07. Indemnification, Governing Law, & Venue

      • You irrevocably agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless craftedstudiocute and its affiliates against 1) any and all liabilities, should anything arise out of or is connected with your use or misuse of craftedstudiocute™ digital products and/or the physical items you create from craftedstudiocute™ digital products and/or 2) any willful breach you may make that violates our Terms of Use.

      • Your (“you”) participation in a craftedstudiocute (“we,” “us,” or “our”) Give-Away via Instagram @craftedstudiocute is governed by, but not limited to, the following terms and conditions, including any modifications, as outlined in our Terms of Give-Away (“Terms”).   
      • Your participation in our Give-Away via Instagram @craftedstudiocute means you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are not in agreement with these Terms, please refrain from participating in our Give-Away online in any way, shape, or form.  

      • Upon your participation in our Give-Away via Instagram @craftedstudiocute, should you violate these Terms, we reserve the right to, with or without notice, exclude your involvement in that particular Give-Away. 

       

      4.02. Privacy Policy

      • We may conduct Give-Away and/or prize-related activities with you via the following online platforms: Blogger, Ecwid, Etsy, PayPal, G-Mail, Pirateship, Instagram, Linktree, and Wheel of Names Generator. 
      • We will only use your personal information for its intended purpose of conducting Give-Away and/or prize-related activities between us and you. 
      • We will never share your personal information outside of Give-Away and/or prize-related activities between us and you unless we are required to do so by law. 
      • We will never sell your personal information in any way, shape, or form. 
      • The online platforms we use to conduct Give-Away and/or prize-related activities has Privacy Policies of their own regarding how they handle your personal information, which can be found on the homepage of each platform site.

       

      4.03. Participant Eligibility 
      • Our Give-Away via Instagram @craftedstudiocute is only open to adults (age 18 and over) residing in the USA with FREE USPS Domestic First-Class Package shipping and Worldwide with PRE-PAID International First-Class Package shipping (up to $19.99). 
      • By entering our Give-Away via Instagram @craftedstudiocute, you affirm that 1) you meet this age requirement and 2) if residing outside the USA, you are willing to cover the shipping cost of International First-Class Package (up to $19.99) if randomly-selected as a Winner. 
      • However, you DO NOT have to make a purchase from us in order to win our Give-Away via Instagram @craftedstudiocute, nor does making a purchase from us increase your chances to win.

       

      4.04. Entry Requirements 
      • In order to qualify for 1 Give-Away Entry, an eligible participant must 1) Be our Instagram Follower @craftedstudiocute, 2) Like our active Give-Away post on Instagram @craftedstudiocute, and 3) Tag 3 of their own Instagram Followers [who are currently not following us prior to being tagged] in 1 Comment on our active Give-Away post via Instagram @craftedstudiocute.

        

      4.05. Bonus Entry Requirements (Optional) 

      • In addition to the above Give-Away entry requirement, an eligible participant can 1) Tag and Share our active Give-Away post in their Instagram Stories, up to 2 times, during the week-long Give-Away via Instagram @craftedstudiocute, for an additional 1 entry per Share (for a total of up to 2 additional Give-Away entries). 

      • In order to qualify additional Give-Away entries, each Share must span a different 24-hour period in participant’s own Instagram Stories throughout the week-long Give-Away period (e.g., sharing on a Thursday and Monday to avoid any overlapping of Shares).

       

      4.06. Length of Give-Away(s) 

      • Our week-long Give-Away will run for the dates specified in our active Give-Away post on Instagram @craftedstudiocute. Only entries that meet the above requirements, submitted during the specified time-frame, will be added to the entry pool.

       

      4.07. Give-Away Prize 

      • One (1) randomly-drawn Winner will get to choose the Give-Away Art Doll prize of their choice (retail value up to $89.99), either 1 Art Doll made specifically as the Give-Away prize on Instagram @craftedstudiocute, or any 1 Art Doll still available in our shop, craftedstudiocute.com, that has been stated as a substitution in the current Give-Away post on Instagram @craftedstudiocute.

       

      4.08. Selecting A Winner

      • All applicable entries will be recorded in the order received and, at close of current Give-Away on Instagram @craftedstudiocute, be manually added to the Wheel of Names Generator. 
      • Once all applicable entries have been added to the Wheel of Names Generator, the entry pool will be digitally shuffled 3 times before spinning wheel to randomly-select a Winner. 
      • Winner will be notified via Instagram DM from our one-and-only-Instagram account, @craftedstudiocute, which is public. Please do not give ANY of your personal information to anyone claiming to be us until you verify that our Instagram account is authentic. 
      • Winner will have 24 hours from the time of our Instagram DM to provide us with the requested contact information needed in order to receive their Give-Away prize. If Winner fails to respond within this time-frame, their claim of prize will be NULL and VOID. 
      • Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the cost of shipping for Winners residing outside the USA at this time. Therefore, if a Winner resides outside the USA, they will have to cover the shipping cost of International First-Class Package (up to $19.99) in order to claim their Give-Away prize. 
      • For International Winners, a custom listing will be set-up for you on our site to cover the shipping cost to your given mailing address, which can only be paid through the following online payment providers: Lightspeed, Etsy, and Paypal. All other forms of payment will not be accepted in any way, shape, or form. 
      • If a Winner residing outside the USA is unable to cover the shipping cost of International First-Class Package (up to $19.99) in the time-frame specified, their claim of prize will become NULL and VOID.

       

      4.09. Selecting Back-Up Winners 
      • For each Give-Away via Instagram @craftedstudiocute, 6 Back-Up Winners will be randomly-drawn in the exact same manner the Winner was drawn. 
      • Should a Winner’s claim of prize become NULL and VOID, we will reach out to Back-Up Winners, in the order that they were drawn, until the Give-Away prize has been properly claimed.

       

      4.10. Announcing A Winner 
      • Once the Give-Away prize has been properly claimed, we will announce the Winner’s Instagram handle on our Instagram @craftedstudiocute!

       

      4.11. Disclaimer for Instagram 
      • While we are hosting our Give-Away on Instagram @craftedstudiocute, Instagram, itself, is in no way, shape, or form associated with our Give-Away.

       

      4.12. Shipping & Delivery of Physical Prizes
      • All physical prizes listed by us for our Give-Away, including any stated substitutions, are ready-made, which means they are ready-to-prepare-for-shipment. 
      • Depending on the number of orders we have to process at any one time, please allow up to 3 business days for us to ship your prize once it has been properly claimed. 
      • All physical prizes ship First-Class, with tracking provided, within USA + limited Worldwide via USPS, and we ship packages out Monday thru Friday from Orange County in California. 
      • Providing we listed your delivery address correctly, we are not responsible, nor liable, for your prize once we have shipped it with USPS, should your package become lost or damaged during transit to your specified delivery location while in their custody. 
      • Providing we listed your delivery address correctly, we are not responsible, nor liable, for your prize once we have shipped it with USPS, should your package, for whatever reason, be returned to us during transit while in their custody, rather than be delivered to your specified delivery location. 
      • Should your package, for whatever reason, be returned to us during transit by USPS, rather than be delivered to your specified delivery location, and USPS will not allow us to resend your package under the same pre-paid shipping label, it will be your responsibility to 1) purchase the cost of new first-class postage from us via a custom listing on our site and 2) file a reimbursement claim with USPS for your shipping-loss, which you can begin here.

       

      4.13. Waiver of Warranties on Physical Prizes
      • While every effort has been made to accurately display color of any physical prize we present to you online, we make no claim that our physical prizes, once received, will look exactly as they are on your screen, as all monitors display color differently. 
      • However, if you would like to view additional digital images of certain physical prizes and/or their stated substitutions (e.g., under different lighting, from a different angle, within a different grouping), you can always send us an e-mail at craftedstudiocute@gmail.com. 
      • While every effort has been made to present you with physical prizes that are free from imperfections and defects, we make no claim that the physical prizes we present online will be completely free from imperfections and/or defects due to the handmade nature of these physical items. Therefore, any physical prizes we present to you online is offered on an “as is,” “with all faults,” and “as available” basis. 
      • However, if by chance, you do happen to find an imperfection or defect on a physical prize won from us that you are less than satisfied with, please do let us know of your dissatisfaction as soon as possible, via e-mail at craftedstudiocute@gmail.com, so we may further assist.

       

      4.14. Waiver of Liability on Physical Prizes
      • While every effort has been made to provide you with quality packaging of our physical prizes, we are not responsible, nor liable, for your use or misuse of our product packaging. Therefore, your use or misuse of our product packaging means doing so at your own risk and on your own accord.

      • Supervision between our physical prizes with young children or pets is always advised and publicly recommended.

       

      4.15. Indemnification, Governing Law, & Venue
      • You irrevocably agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless craftedstudiocute and its affiliates against 1) any and all liabilities, should anything arise out of or is connected with your participation in a craftedstudiocute Give-Away via Instagram @craftedstudiocute and/or 2) any willful breach you may make that violates our Terms of Give-Away. 
      • These Terms shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced solely and exclusively in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA, without giving effect to its conflict of law provisions or your actual state or country of residence. You irrevocably agree that the courts located in Orange County, California, USA, will constitute the sole and exclusive venue for the resolution of any and all disputes arising out of or in connection with our Terms of Give-Away.

       

      4.16. Changes to Terms
      • We do reserve the right to, at any time and without notice, make modifications to these terms and conditions by updating our Terms of Give-Away right here on our site. Any modifications made to these Terms will amend and supersede all former terms and conditions, effective immediately.
